The information collected by the Mobile Wallet App is subject to its only terms and conditions, and so we recommend that you consult these. Legal basis:The execution of the sale or provision of service agreement that binds us to you. We consider that we have a legitimate interest in making any verifications necessary in order to detect and prevent possible fraud when you make a purchase. We understand that the processing of this data is beneficial to all parties intervening in the process of paying for a purchase and particularly to the customer as it allows us to adopt measures of protection against attempted fraud by third parties. Conservation periods: We will process your data during the time required to manage the purchase of the products or services acquired, including possible refunds, queries or complaints associated to the purchase of the specific product or service.
- Purpose 3: Sending, by any means of remote electronic communication, personalised commercial communications from Adolfo Domínguez through the Newsletter, including sending information on our products and services and with regards to promotional actions. Furthermore, we can send you this information through push notifications if these have been activated on your mobile device. If you decide to use WhatsApp or any other similar messaging channel in order to communicate with Customer Service, we recommend that you revise your privacy settings and read the privacy policy in order to obtain more detailed information about the use that the messaging service makes of the personal data of users of the service.Legal basis: We consider that we have legitimate interest to attend to the requests you send us through the various existing contact methods. We understand that the processing of this data is also beneficial for you as it allows us to serve you suitably and resolve the queries submitted. When you contact us, in particular for management of incidents related to your order or the product/service acquired through the website, processing is necessary for execution of the sale or provision of service agreement. When your query is related to the exercise of rights described in section 5 or to complaints about our products or services, we are legitimised to process your data by legal obligations. Conservation periods: We will process your data for as long as necessary in order to respond to your request, which will remain blocked until the expiry of possible actions of liability.
- Purpose 5: Recording and/or reproduction of images and/or video of similar events and activities. Legal basis: We consider that we have a legitimate interest in recording and/or reproducing images and/or videos of similar events and activities organised by Adolfo Domínguez. This data processing includes analysis of your user or customer profile in order to determine your preferences and therefore the products and services that best fit your style when it comes to sending you information. Furthermore, we can show you Internet advertising that you will see when browsing on websites and apps, for example, on social media. 4.2. Co-liability in the processing of data. Customers at Adolfo Domínguez can register in the online store www.adolfodominguez.com and through the network of stores and franchises located in Spain, and network of stores abroad.
Co-liability of the process indicates that both the data processor and the parties sharing the liability have jointly regulated, processed and protected the personal data, in accordance with the following:

4.3. Data Managers. Adolfo Domínguez will avail of the collaboration of thirdparty suppliers who may have access to your personal data and who may process the same on behalf of the Company, as a consequence of providing their services. Adolfo Domínguez follows strict selection criteria for service providers in order to comply with their obligations of data protection, and therefore commits to sign the corresponding data processing contract with them.
Specifically, Adolfo Domínguez will hire the provision of third party services to perform the activity, including but not limited to the following sectors: affiliation programs and affiliation marketing, financial entities, fraud detection and prevention programs, logistics, transport and delivery services, companies providing technological services, suppliers of services related to customer service and suppliers and collaborators of services related to marketing and advertising.
For efficiency of the service, some of the suppliers mentioned are located in territories located outside the European Union which do not provide a level of data protection similar to that of the European Union, such as the United States and South America. 4.4 Security measures.
Adolfo Domínguez uses information security techniques such as firewalls and access control procedures with the objective of avoiding unauthorised access to data and guaranteeing the confidentiality of the same. To achieve this, the user accepts that Adolfo Domínguez can obtain data for the purpose of the corresponding authorisation of access control.
In addition, any transaction performed through Adolfo Domínguez is undertaken through secure payment systems. The confidential payment data is directly transmitted in an encrypted format (SSL) to the corresponding entity.

- What does the right to processing limitation include?
You will have the right to limit the processing of the data when any of the following circumstances occur:
- a) when you contest the accuracy of the personal data during a period which permits the data processor to verify the accuracy of the same;
- b) in the case that you consider the processing to be unlawful and the data processor has opposed the erasure of your personal data, requesting instead the restriction of its use;
- c) when the data processor no longer requires the personal data for the purpose of processing, but you need it for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- d) in the case that you have opposed the processing, while the legitimate reasons of the file owner prevail over your own.
When you have obtained processing limitation in conformance with this section, you will be informed by the owner of the file.
- What does the right to data portability include?
You will have the right to receive the personal data that concerns you, that you provided to the data processor, in a structured format of common use and mechanical reading, and to send them to another data processor when the processing is based on consent and is carried out through automated methods. When exercising your right to data portability, you will have the right for the personal data to be directly transmitted from data processor to data processor when this is technically possible.
The right to portability does not extend to data that the owner of the file has inferred from data derived directly from the use by said processor of the services provided.
- What does the right to opposition include?
You will have the right to oppose the processing of data that concerns you, at any time. If you exercise this right, the owner of the file will no longer process your personal data except where there are compelling legitimate reasons for the processing to prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the formulation, exercise or defence of complaints.
- What is the right to not be subject to automated decisions including profiles?
You will have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on an automated decision, including the preparation of profiles, where said decisions have legal effects or a similar effect, except where:
- said decision is necessary for the celebration or execution of a contract,
- is authorised by law or
- is based on consent.
- How can you stop receiving commercial communications?
In all of the commercial communications that we send through electronic means, a link with -UNSUBSCRIBE- or similar will be included through which you can request that we do not send you any further commercial communications, without this affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent prior to withdrawal.
The processing period is of 48-72 hours, so it’s possible that in this time you may receive some commercial communication.
