    The following conditions regulate the sale of products on the website "www.adolfodominguez.com" or the online store of Adolfo Dominguez S.A, (hereinafter, ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ), based in San Ciprian de Viñas, Industrial Estate, Calle 4, Parcela 8-32901 Ourense and with email address sophie@adolfodominguez.com, CIF number A-32104226, and registered in the Register of Ourense, Volume 189, Part 125, Entry 8 ª, Page OR-1325. We kindly request you to read the Shopping Conditions carefully before using our website. By using the website or placing an order the user accepts the Conditions presented and agrees to comply with them. In the event that the user does not agree with all Conditions presented here, they should not proceed with using the website. The Conditions are subject to modification at any time, The Conditions which apply are those valid at time of purchase.

    Perfumes are only available for purchase within Spain and Portugal and will be exempt from any promotion unless stated.

    1. DELIVERY

    A) To Spain & Portugal

    Pick-up in store:
    Always free. Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.

    Express Shipping:
    Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.
    If the order is equal to or greater than 50€, shipping is free. For orders under 50€, the shipping charge is 4.95€.

    Delivery time may vary during sales or promotional periods and/or due to stock availability

    Do you deliver to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?
    We do not currently deliver items from adolfodominguez.com to Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla. If you wish to order items from these locations, please contact our Customer Service department.

    B) To Europe:

    Delivery to the United Kingdom:
    Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. If the order is equal to or greater than £60, shipping is free. For orders under £60, the shipping charge is £10.

    Delivery to Andorra:
    Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.
    The shipping charge is 25€, including taxes, for all orders.

    Delivery to the rest of Europe:
    Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.
    If the order is equal to or greater than 75€, shipping is free. For order under 75€, the shipping charge is 12€.

    C) Delivery Conditions

    Items purchased from Adolfo Dominguez will be delivered by a courier company. Orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days for orders to Spain and Portugal.

    Delivery time may vary during sales or promotional periods and/or for deliveries to areas that involve special customs. Delivery will be deemed complete upon the customer’s signing of a receipt for the products at the agreed delivery address.

    In order to avoid problems with delivery (such as incorrect address, absence at time of delivery, etc.), it is imperative to complete the order form correctly. It is recommended to provide a contact telephone number where required. Orders may be tracked and viewed on our courier service’s website. The shipping cost will be showed, along with the VAT of the destination country, at checkout, once the order has been placed, and before payment is due.

     

    2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS

    2.1. EXCHANGES (Currently in a testing phase)

    For Spain:

    Door-to-door size exchange
    f you are unsatisfied with the size of an item once you’ve received it, Adolfo Dominguez offers you the option of exchanging the size at your address in a term of 30 days, excluding cocktail attire for which the limit is 14 days. These terms are valid as of the date on which you receive the order, provided that the garment has not been used or damaged. Perfumes and jewelry cannot be exchanged.
    Items cannot be exchanged for other articles or the same item in a different color. The same reference may only be exchanged for another size. In order to exchange an item for another article, you must first return it and then proceed to purchase the item you wish. The size exchange service will be limited to a single exchange per order and can include as many items in the order as necessary.

    This service is currently available in Madrid and Barcelona and is completely free of charge. The postal codes included are

    How to proceed:

    1. Contact Customer Service by calling 900 333 717, or by sending an e-mail to sofia@adolfodominguez.com in order to request a pick-up for the article(s) you wish to exchange.

    2. Our agents will inform you of the size availability and send a courier to your address or office at the scheduled time, at no cost for you.

    3. Return the article(s) for which you’d like a different size in the original packaging.

    4. Our courier service will carry out the exchange of the article and provide you with the new size within the established time period.

    Returning an article that has already been exchanged
    Should you wish to return an article that had been exchanged previously, it must be returned at the same store where the exchange took place – as indicated on the exchange note provided to the customer.
    The term for returning these articles is 30 days, excluding cocktail attire, for which the limit is 14 days. These terms will be valid as of the date of the exchange.
    The conditions of the online receipt will prevail over any register receipts issued in stores.

    How to proceed:

    1. GO TO THE STORE
    Go to the Adolfo Dominguez store that appears on the exchange note.

    2. TAKE THIS EXCHANGE NOTE AND THE EXCHANGE VOUCHER
    Don’t forget to take the note along with the article(s) you wish to return.
    Should you misplace or lose said exchange note, please contact Customer Service and they will send you a new document by e-mail.
    The exchange voucher is the ticket issued by the register in-store at the time that the item is exchanged. You’ll find it together with the new item that was requested.

    3. RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT
    Once you’ve returned the item, our store clerks will offer you a return voucher that you can use at any of our physical stores (excluding outlets, corners of El Corte Inglés, and airports).
    If you prefer, we will reimburse you for the item. To do so, please indicate your account number on the exchange note and we’ll make the payment via bank transfer.
    The amount will be returned in a maximum term of 14 business days.

    2.2. RETURNS

    You may exchange or return any article you purchase that is not to your complete satisfaction. You have a maximum period of 30 days from the date of delivery to notify us and return the unwanted item(s). In the case of cocktail garments and jewellery, the maximum time period for any return is of 14 days. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned nor exchanged. Gift packs are indivisible and their items may not be returned separately.

    It will not incur any return fees. However, we can withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until a valid evidence of the return is provided, depending on which condition is met first.

    Your right to cancel the contract shall apply exclusively to products that are returned in the same condition as you received them.

    A) For Spain & Portugal

    In our retail stores:

    You may return your item(s) free of charge in any of our retail stores (excluding outlets, El Corte Inglés and airport locations). Present the returns form and the garment together with your online receipt. Our staff will offer two options:
    - A refund. You will be refunded in the same way the original payment was made, except for cash on delivery, where you will be refunded via bank transfer. Due to the administrative process of this method, the full reimbursement will take place in a timeframe of approximately 14 business days.
    - A refund voucher that you may spend in any of our retail stores (excluding outlets, El Corte Inglés and airport locations).

    Request a Pick-Up:

    A courier service will collect the items you wish to return free of charge.

    C) Refunds

    If you have paid for your order by bank transfer or cash on delivery, The number of the account where you would like to receive the refund must be indicated on the returns form.

    The refund will be made into your bank account (if you have paid by cash on delivery or by bank transfer) or your bank card (if you have paid by credit card, debit card or PayPal). Due to the administrative process of this method, the full reimbursement will take place in a timeframe of approximately 14 business days.

    D) Conditions of Returns

    It is not possible to arrange exchanges through adolfodominguez.com. If you need a different size, colour, etc. you may return your item and order a new one. ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ does not accept returns or exchanges that have not been previously communicated by the indicated means.

    Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. In the case of perfumes, these must be returned in the original, sealed bottles. In the event the return of any item does not comply with these conditions, ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ will not accept the return and the items will be sent back to the client.

    In the event the return is due to a defect of the purchased product, the shipping cost incurred by the customer would be fully reimbursed through a bank transfer if payment was made by this means or by cash on delivery, or through the payment gateway in case the payment was made by credit or debit card. ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ will not under any circumstances accept returns sent freight collect.

    The shipping costs of the first return shall be borne by ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ, if a second change or refund is necessary, the cost will be charged to the customer.

    For any complaint it is necessary to present the invoice.

    E) Right of withdrawal

    The customer has the right to withdraw from the present contract within 14 calendar days without any need to give reasons.

    The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply to underwear whose safety seal has been broken after dispatch.

    To exercise the right to withdraw, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal declaration (for example, a letter or e-mail):

    Customers can use the following standard form, although this is not obligatory.

    To comply with the withdrawal deadline, the notification in which you exercise your right to withdrawal simply needs to be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

    Consequences of withdrawal

    In the case of withdrawal, we will refund the customer all the payments received after purchase, including the delivery expenses (with the exception of additional expenses arising from a decision by the customer to choose a delivery mode other than the least expensive ordinary delivery we offer) without undue delay and in all cases within 14 days of the date on which we are notified of the decision to withdraw from the present contract. We will process said refund using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly stated otherwise. Under no circumstances will the customer incur any expense as a consequence of the refund.

    We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received, or until the customer has presented evidence of their return, whichever condition occurs first.

    The customer must return or deliver the goods directly without any undue delay and within 14 days of the date on which we are notified of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed complied with if the goods are returned before expiry of said deadline.

    In order to proceed with the return of goods, customers can use the services which ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ places at their disposal, such as: free returns to stores or free home collection.

    The liability of the customer rests only regarding the depreciation of the goods resulting from manipulations other than those which are necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

     

    3. GIFT RECEIPT

    We hope you like your gift, however in the event that you wish to exchange or return an item with a gift receipt, you have a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt in which to notify us and return the item(s), except for cocktail garments, jewellery and perfumes, for which the maximum returns period is 14 days. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returned nor exchanged.

    If you wish to return an item(s) with a gift receipt, we will exchange it for a gift voucher of the same value as the item(s) you are returning.

    You may also return your gifted item(s) free of charge to in any of our physical retail stores (excluding outlets, El Corte Inglés and airport locations). Present the gift receipt together with the garment(s) you wish to return. Our staff will present you with a refund voucher worth the same value as the returned item(s), which you may spend in any of our physical retail stores (excluding outlets, El Corte Inglés and airport locations).

    B) For Europe

    If you wish to return an item(s) with a gift receipt, we will exchange it for a gift voucher of the same value as the item(s) you are returning.

    4. PAYMENT & SECURITY

    ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ will only accept payments via the following methods: bank transfer, credit or debit card (Visa and MasterCard), payment in cash on delivery (valid only for Spanish Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and PayPal.

    For bank transfers, the account number from which payment is made must be a checking account at a bank in the country from which the order was made. Any additional costs for a bank transfer will be incurred by the customer. In order to make a bank transfer, an account number will be provided to the customer in which to deposit the payment. For orders proceeding from Spain, the account number is: IBAN ES95 2100 8613 3502 0000 8951 y BIC/SWIFT Code: CAIXESBBXXX; for orders from other EU countries an international account number applies, with IBAN ES95 2100 8613 3502 0000 8951 y BIC/SWIFT Code: CAIXESBBXXX.

    In the reference field, the clients should state the order number and their full name. Payment must be made within five business days from the date of purchase. The order will not be complete until full payment has been received. If after a period of five business days ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ has not received the required transfer with payment in full, the order will be cancelled.

    For credit or debit card payment, the charge will be applied in real time through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once the authenticity of the provided data is verified. ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in e-commerce in order to provide maximum security. Confidential payment data is encrypted (SSL) and transmitted directly to the corresponding financial institution.

    Payment upon delivery is only available to the customers who reside in the Spanish Peninsula and Balearic Islands, and will be executed in cash at the address indicated at the time of purchase. This purchase will not be possible if the delivery address is a PO Box. The customer must confirm the delivery within five business days from the date of purchase. If after that period ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ has not received confirmation, the order will be cancelled.

    Payment via PayPal is made through the PayPal payment gateway via secure payment systems. ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ reserves the right to check the personal data provided by the customer and take any measures it considers appropriate (including cancellation of the order), in order to prevent cases of Internet fraud, and to ensure that the purchased goods are delivered in accordance with the information indicated at the time of purchase.

     

    5. CURRENCY & TAXES

    Prices on this website are in euros (€), except for the United Kingdom, in which case they are shown in pounds sterling (£).

    Upon completing the purchase order and before finalizing the payment, a final summary will be provided, identifying the purchased item(s) and total price (including shipping and taxes).

    Under current legislation, ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ is obliged to pass VAT at the rate established by law in due course as appropriate.

    The price and conditions, along with each product’s characteristics, apply as shown on the website at the time of purchase, except in cases of obvious error. In the event of such error in the price of the product, or any other product characteristics, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and, in some cases, the order will be cancelled.

     

    6. PURCHASE WARRANTY

    The legal guarantee of the products offered by Adolfo Dominguez is established in Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

    Adolfo Dominguez will be liable for any lack of conformity of products that become apparent within two years from delivery.

    The products offered on this website have been selected from the ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ collection and therefore they maintain the same quality status and warranty as the items on sale in other ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ establishments.

    Each season, ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ photographs all items on sale to show them as authentically as possible. However, items may be subject to minor variations depending on the colour calibration of your monitor.
