  1. Can I shop without registering?

    Yes, at adolfodominguez.com you can complete your purchases without having to register. If you decide to place an order without creating an account, you must add the items to the basket and fill in the purchase form to complete your order as a guest.

    From receipt of the order, you will have a maximum period of 30 natural days to notify and manage the return, except for cocktail or jewellery garments where the maximum period is 14 days. The return of earrings, underwear and masks is not permitted.

  4. How can I sign up? Signing up at adolfodominguez.com is very easy.  You click on Log In and then click on the option to Create an Account. Enter your full name, an email address and save a password. Also, before confirming your account by clicking on Create account, you can choose which type of news you wish to be sent in order to stay up to date with our promotions and collections.  
    When you have created your account, we’ll send you a welcome email where you’ll discover the Adolfo Domínguez Universe.
    You can also sign up when you confirm your order by selecting the option to Create an account to make shopping easier.

    What advantages do I have if I sign up? You can access private sales and exclusive promotions before anyone else, consult your order history and address book and make your purchase process easier. You can also download invoices and request returns directly from your account.

    How can I modify my personal data? If you want to make any changes to the data stored in your account, simply log in to access MY ACCOUNT and click on Edit PROFILE.

    How can I change my password? To change your password, just click on log in and access MY ACCOUNT. Select edit in the PASSWORD section, enter a new password and click on Save. Remember that from that moment, you can only access your account with the new password.

    Address book. Can I add or modify my address? You can include all of the shipping addresses you like and choose them when confirming your purchase. To add a new address, you must log in and save the new address within the ADDRESS BOOK section.
    You can also add a new address during the purchase process, selecting the New address option.

    How can I log in with my Facebook account? Move the cursor over the LOG IN in the upper right corner and in the drop down window click on LOG IN WITH FACEBOOK. An account will automatically open with the data associated to your Facebook profile.

    Do I need an account to shop? No. You don’t need to be registered in order to shop at adolfodominguez.com. In any case, we invite you to create an account in order to facilitate future purchases, enter promotional codes, and access exclusive services such as creating a wish list, publishing your opinions about your purchases or tracking the status of your order. Also, you can receive exclusive information about promotions directly in your inbox before anyone else.

    How can I shop at adolfodominguez.com? If this is the first time you are shopping on the Adolfo Domínguez online store, these are the steps you must follow:

    1. Select the country from which you wish to place the order. In the footer, in the lower left corner, click on Country and a list of countries will drop down where our online store is available.     2. Choose the section and type of garment you wish to purchase.
    3. View the garments that you are interested in, you can click on alternative views in order to see more information about the product.
    4. To purchase a garment, select the colour and size you want and click on ADD TO CART.
    5. It will automatically be added to your shopping cart. Once you have added everything you want to buy, click on the Basket icon, in the upper right corner, and you will see your purchase summary. You will see the total amount and the products you added, with size and colour.
    6. Click on PROCESS ORDER. The system will request your contact and shipping details for the order, you can choose between the different shipping methods and add gift wrapping if you wish. If you are a registered user, enter your email address and password to recover your details and not have to enter them again. You can also create an account in that moment by adding a password.
    7. If you have a promotional code, you must add it in the shopping cart before clicking on PROCESS ORDER.
    8. Select the payment method you prefer and click on Complete order. You will automatically be taken to the payment platform for the method you chose, except transfer or cash on delivery.
    9. You will receive an email with your order confirmation with all of the relevant information.

    What do I have to do to apply a discount code? To be able to apply a promotional code to your purchase, you must enter it in the CART before processing your order, in the field ENTER PROMOTIONAL CODE and click on SEND.

    How do I select my country for purchasing? To change the country and select your own, click on Country in the footer, in the lower left corner. A list will appear with all of the countries where online shopping is available.

Currently, you can place your order from Germany, Andorra (euro), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Slovakia, Spain, United States (dollar), Estonia, Finland, France Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan (yen), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico (peso), Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom (sterling) and Sweden.

    Is the garment I want available in my size? In the detail sheets for our products, you can see all of the sizes available. In the case that one of our sizes is sold out, the size will be crossed out and you will only be able to select the sizes available.
    In the case of colours, just like the sizes, these also appear in the product detail sheets to be selected during the purchase process. If the colour is not available, it will be crossed out.

    How do I know which size I need? You can check you size in the “size guide” button, which is next to each item in our online store. Also, in the detail sheets for our garments, you can check the characteristics, composition and description of the garment to help you with your purchase. However, if this information does not completely clear up your doubts, you can contact our Customer Service.

    How can I see the status of my order? One of the advantages of signing up at adolfodominguez.com is that you can track the status of your order.
    Log in and access My Orders from your customer area. There, you will see a list of all of the orders you made from the website, indicating which status each one is currently in.
    Also, you will receive different emails if you are not registered, you will also receive an email when you confirm your order or when it has left our warehouses.

    How can I add or remove products from an order? If you have already processed your order and received a confirmation order, to add new products, change the quantity selected or to remove any item, you must contact our Customer Service.

    When will I receive my order? The delivery period for orders to be collected in store or standard shipping is 7 working days.
    You will receive an email when your order leaves our warehouse. Furthermore, you will receive another email when your order is in the store for collection, informing you that you can collect it if this was the option chosen.
    Remember that shipping periods may vary in promotional periods, sales or due to lack of availability in our warehouses.

    I haven’t received my order and the shipping period has passed If your order has exceeded the shipping period and has not been delivered, you can file a complaint with our Customer Service and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

  7. Shipping methods and costs We avail of the following shipping methods:
    We will ship within 7 business days after confirming your order by Sagawa Express (other carriers depending on the region, product size, etc.).

    Delivery time If you wish to specify the delivery date/time, please contact contact.jp@adolfodominguez.com. You can specify it up to 7 days from the date of order. Please select the time from the following: Morning, 12:00–14:00, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, 18:00-21:00, 19:00-21:00.

  8. Which payment methods can I use? You can pay for your order with the following methods:

    1. Credit and debit card Any Visa, JCB, or MasterCard card, you will be redirected to a payment platform in order to enter the digits of the card, the titleholder, the expiration date and the CVV2.

    2. PayPal If you select this method, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment platform where you must enter your user name and password.

    I’m having problems with payment and can’t confirm my order, what should I do? Our payment platforms have certified security measures and ensure the security and confidentiality of our customers at all times.
    If you can’t complete your order and detect that the error occurs during the payment process, confirm the correct information of the card; number, cardholder, expiration and CVV code. If this data is correct and your card is authorised for online shopping, contact our Customer Service team and we will be delighted to help with your order.

This process involves a management process through which your refund will be effective within an approximate period of 14 working days from receipt of the order.

    What do I do if I receive a defective item? We only sell items that are in perfect condition, so if you, as an exception, receive a garment or accessory with any defect, please contact our Customer Service.

    What do I do if I receive an incorrect item? If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive an item that you did not order, contact our Customer Service as soon as possible and we will resolve the problem as quickly as we can.
