    *Delivery to shop. Deliveries to the shop are always free of charge. Depending on the shop you choose, you can pick up your order within 4 -7 working days. We will notify you as soon as it is available. You will only need the confirmation email and your ID.

    *Delivery to the address of your choice. The delivery time is 4-7 working days. Free shipping on orders over 50€. If your purchase does not exceed this amount, shipping costs 5€.

  2. You have 30 days from the day you receive the garment to exchange or return it. You can request it in the following way:

    *Via our website. If you are registered on our website, you can request a refund in three steps:

    1. Log in to your customer area and go to the order. There you can select the items you wish to return.
    2. After confirming the return, you will receive an email with a link of the company responsible for collecting your package.
    3. Fill in the collection data. If you deliver the package to the pick-up point, it is necessary to print the label.

    Please note that underwear, earrings and masks cannot be returned or exchanged. The refund will be made to the card used during the purchase.

    The refund will be made by the same method of payment used during the purchase within 14 days. The refund in the shop will be made at the time of return.

    1. How can I accumulate the ADN CLUB Refund?

    For every €1 spent with the brand (in all physical Adolfo Domínguez stores located in Spain and on the website adolfodominguez.com, excluding airports, outlets and stores inside El Corte Inglés), you’ll accumulate ADN CLUB Refund depending on your level.

    • Bronze: €0.05 ADN CLUB Refund for every €1 spent.
    • Silver: €0.10 ADN CLUB Refund for every €1 spent.
    • Gold: €0.15 ADN CLUB Refund for every €1 spent.

    The balance is generated based on the amount spent. The amount corresponding to the shipping costs for online orders, tailoring expenses and packaging and/or gift wrap expenses does not generate ADN CLUB Refund.

    It is essential to sign in when making each purchase in order to accumulate ADN CLUB Refund. Purchases cannot be recorded after they are made.

    Also, ADN Club Refund can be accumulated through Challenges (certain brand actions that generate credit).

    2. How can I redeem my ADN CLUB Refund?

    The ADN CLUB Refund can be redeemed once for discounts on brand purchases (in all physical Adolfo Domínguez stores in Spain and on the website adolfodominguez.com, excluding airports, outlets and stores located in El Corte Inglés).

    The Refund can be immediately redeemed entirely. The ADN CLUB Refund cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards, Limited Edition collections, masks and/or fragrances. It cannot be used for shipping costs for online orders, tailoring expenses and packaging and/or gift wrapping expenses.

    It is essential to sign in when making each purchase in order to redeem ADN CLUB Refund. Cannot be accumulated with any other type of promotion and/or discount. The ADN CLUB Refund has an expiration of twelve (12) months from the day it accumulates.

    3. Where can I consult my ADN CLUB Refund balance?

    At the end of the day, the review process will be done for the ADN CLUB levels, calculating the amount spent during the 12 months prior to that day. In the case of a change of level, the benefits associated to the new level will become valid from the time of this update.

    • Bronze: this category will be assigned to new members and will be maintained by all Members that spend, over the period, less than €499.
    • Silver: this will be assigned to ADN CLUB members who spent, in the previous period, €500 or more but less than €1,999.
    • Gold: this will be assigned to ADN CLUB members who spent, in the previous period, €2,000 or more.

    6. Where can I consult the advantages for my level?

    8. What are the conditions for returning a purchase when I used by ADN CLUB Refund?

    In the case that a purchase is returned, whether totally or partially, the member must identify themselves by showing the corresponding identification (through the national identity document, phone number or email) as well as the receipt to cancel the ADN CLUB Refund accumulated with said purchase. If there is not enough ADN CLUB Refund available at the time of the cancellation, the maximum possible will be cancelled.

    In the case that the ADN CLUB Refund was used for the purchase, the refund will be as follows: If the return is total, the ADN CLUB Refund used in the purchase is reactivated, updating the date of validity/expiry based on the new reactivation date. If the return is partial, the ADN CLUB Refund corresponding to the items returned will be reactivated.
