    Shipping time is 2-10 business days. If the order is over $2,500, shipping is free. If the order is less than $2,500, shipping is $150.

    *Collection. If you prefer, you can request a free pick-up at the address of your choice. Contact ESTAFETA Customer Service on 800 378 2338 to arrange a collection date and time and a carrier will collect your return. You will need to provide the account number 4003689 and the shipping address:

    Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns of underwear, earrings or masks. The refund will be made to the card used during the purchase. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 20 calendar days.
