    The following conditions regulate the sale of products on the website "www.adolfodominguez.com" or online shop of Adolfo Dominguez SA (hereinafter, ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ), based in San Ciprian de Viñas, Industrial Estate, Calle 4, Parcela 8-32901 Ourense and with email address sophie@adolfodominguez.com, CIF number A-32104226, and registered in the Register of Ourense, Volume 189, Part 125, Entry 8 ª, Page OR-1325. We kindly ask that you read the Shopping Conditions carefully before using our website. By using the website or placing alLn order the user accepts the Conditions presented and agrees to comply with them. In the event that the user does not agree with all Conditions presented here, they should not proceed with using the website. The Conditions are subject to modification at any time, The Conditions which apply are those valid at time of purchase.

    Perfumes are only available for purchase within Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Portugal.

     

    1. DELIVERY

    A) Shipping to USA

    Express Shipping:
    Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. If the order is equal to or greater than $200, shipping is free. For orders under $200, the shipping charge is $30.

    B) Delivery Conditions

    All orders feature duty-free shipping, which includes customs, tariffs, and taxes in the final delivery charge. There are no extra hidden costs; the total value of your order shown upon finalizing a purchase is exactly what you pay.

    Items purchased from adolfodominguez.com will be delivered by a courier company.

    Delivery time may vary during sales or promotional periods and/or for deliveries to areas that involve special customs. Delivery will be deemed complete upon the customer’s signing of a receipt for the products at the agreed delivery address.

    In order to avoid problems with delivery (such as incorrect address, absence at time of delivery, etc.), it is imperative to complete the order form correctly. It is recommended to provide a contact telephone number where required. Tracking of placed orders may be viewed on the courier service’s website. The shipping cost will be showed, along with the VAT of the destination country, at checkout, once the order has been placed, and before payment is due.

     

    2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS

    You may exchange or return any item you purchase that is not to your complete satisfaction. You have a maximum period of 30 days from the date of delivery in which to notify us and return the item(s). In the case of cocktail garments and jewelry, the maximum returns period is 14 days. Earrings may not be returned or exchanged. Gift packs are indivisible and their items may not be returned separately.

    To return items, please follow these steps:

    1. REQUEST A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION

    · Please sign in at adolfodominguez.com and click on the Returns section in My Account.

    · Select the relevant order on the list shown and click on Request Return to follow the steps to request your return.

    · Print out the Return Merchandise Authorization you receive via email once your request has been authorized.

    2. COMPLETE THE RETURNS FORM AND PREPARE PACKAGE

    Please fill out the required information about the items you wish to return on the back of the Return Form. Place the form and the items in the UPS Express Pak provided and seal the bag.

    Note: If your items do not fit in the UPS Express Pak, please re-package the items in the original box

    3. SUBMIT REQUIRED DELIVERY INFORMATION

    Introduce the Return Merchandise Authorization inside the UPS Pouch (transparent envelope) and affix it on the outside of the package. Also, affix the provided UPS Returns Label on the outside of the package.

    Note: this step is important for processing at U.S. Customs. If done incorrectly, the package may be returned to you at an additional cost.

    4. CHOOSE A METHOD OF RETURN

    A. Return at a drop-off location

    The easiest way to return your package is by dropping it off at a UPS location. Find your nearest location at www.ups.com/us

    B. Schedule a pick-up

    If you prefer, you can also schedule for UPS to pick up your package, free of charge, at the address of your choice. To schedule a day and time for pick up, please contact UPS Customer Service at 1 - 800 - 742 - 5877.

    B) Refunds

    The refund will be made via the same method you used for purchase (if you have paid by credit card or PayPal). Due to the administrative process of this method, the full reimbursement will take place in a timeframe of approximately 30 business days.

    C) Conditions of Returns

    It is not possible to arrange exchanges through adolfodominguez.com. If you need a different size, color, etc. you may return your item and order a new one. ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ does not accept returns or exchanges that have not been previously communicated by the indicated means.

    Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. In the case of perfumes, these must be returned in the original, sealed bottles. In the event the return of any item does not comply with these conditions, ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ will not accept the return and the items will be sent back to the client.

    In the event the return is due to a defect of the purchased product, the shipping cost incurred by the customer would be fully reimbursed to the credit/debit card used for purchase. ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ will not under any circumstances accept returns sent freight collect.

    The shipping costs of the first return shall be borne by ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ, if a second change or refund is necessary, the cost will be charged to the customer.

    For any complaint it is necessary to present the invoice.

     

    3. GIFT RECEIPT

    We hope you like your gift, however in the event that you wish to exchange or return an item with a gift receipt, you have a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt in which to notify us and return the item(s), except for cocktail garments and jewelry, for which the maximum returns period is 14 days. Earrings may not be returned or exchanged.

    Please fill out the required information about the items you wish to return on the back of the Gift Receipt. Place the form and the items in the UPS Express Pak provided and seal the bag.

    Note: If your items do not fit in the UPS Express Pak, please re-package the items in the original box and seal the box with the red security sticker provided.

    3. PREPARE REQUIRED DELIVERY INFORMATION

    We will send you an online gift card for the same value of the returned items. This gift card will be valid for up to one year at our online store. Please indicate in the Gift Receipt the email address where you would like to receive your online gift card.

    4. PAYMENT & SECURITY

    Adolfodominguez.com will only accept payments via the following methods: credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), and PayPal.

    For credit or debit card payment, the charge will be applied in real time through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once the authenticity of the provided data is verified. ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in e-commerce in order to provide maximum security. Confidential payment data is encrypted (SSL) and transmitted directly to the corresponding financial institution.

    Each season, ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ photographs all items on sale to show them as authentically as possible. However, items may be subject to minor variations depending on the color calibration of your monitor.

    Products purchased from ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ are not for resale. As a consequence, purchases of more than $1500. Customers interested in buying for a higher amount, for other purposes than resale, should contact our Customer Service department, where they will be provided with more information about how to perform the desired purchase.
