    How do I buy in the Adolfo Dominguez online store?

    1. Choose the section and the type of garment you want to buy.
    2. When the clothes that you are interested in are displayed, click on them to access various views of the product. When you place the cursor over the product, the image is magnified.
    3. To buy a piece of clothing, click on the "Add to bag" button. It will automatically be added to your shopping bag. Once you have added everything that you would like to buy, click on the "Bag" and you will see a summary of your shopping bag. The total value of the order amount spent and the products selected added can be seen here.
    4. Click on "Proceed to checkout". You will be asked to enter your contact details, shipping information, billing information, and payment method. If you are a registered user, enter your email and password and the system will automatically display the details associated to your account.
    5. Finally, you will see a confirmation of your order and you will receive an email to confirm that the purchase has been made correctly.

    Can I buy from any country in the world?

    Currently you can make your may purchase from Andorra (Euro), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom (Pounds).
    Make sure you change the country in which you are buying before adding the product to your shopping bag.
    Customers who do not live in any of these countries may only buy online if the order delivery address is in one of the countries shown.

    How can I pay?

    You can pay by bank transfer, credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), cash on delivery
    (only in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands) and PayPal.

    Is buying through the website safe?

    It is completely secure. One of our greatest concerns is offering a trustworthy service and protecting the
    confidentiality of information received. This information will never be shared with organisations or companies
    outside ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ S.A. In addition, remember that by using PAYPAL you can log in as a guest
    and make secure purchases without the need to register.

    What are the available delivery methods?

    • Express Shipping:
      Free Express shipping on orders over 50€ delivered in 1-3 business days. Valid only for Spain and Portugal. If the value of your order is under 50€, there is an additional shipping charge of 5€.
    • 24h Shipping:
      Orders with 24h shipping will incur a shipping charge of 7€. Order before 1:00 pm and receive your purchase the next day before 2:00 pm. Valid only for Spain and Portugal. Please check the availability of this option at checkout.
    • In-Store Pick-Up:
      Orders may be collected in-store for free, with delivery in 1-3 business days. Locate your nearest store.

    Please note that delivery time may vary during sales or promotional periods and/or due to availability of stock.

    How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

    As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive notification by email.

    How long will my order take to arrive?

    Approximate delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time may vary during sales or promotional periods and/or for deliveries that involve special customs.

    Can I find out my order status?

    Yes, as long as you are a registered user. All you have to do is enter your user details and click on "My orders".

    Will I get what I see in the photo?

    Yes, except for products made by hand. In these cases there may be a slight difference in the finish.


    How long do I have to exchange or return what I buy?

    You have a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery in which to notify us and return the item(s). In the case of cocktail garments, jewellery and perfumes, the maximum timescale is 14 days. For hygiene purposes, earrings may not be returned. Gift packs are indivisible and their items may not be returned separately.

    How do I return an item?

    You may return your item(s) free of charge in any of our retail stores (excluding outlets, El Corte Inglés and airport locations). Present the returns form and the garment together with your online receipt. Locate your nearest store here. Our staff will offer you two options:

    • - A refund. You will be refunded in the same way the original payment was made, except for cash on delivery, where you will be refunded via bank transfer. Due to the administrative process of this method, the full reimbursement will take place in a timeframe of approximately 14 business days.

    • - A refund voucher that you may spend in any of our retail stores (excluding outlets, El Corte Inglés and airport locations).

    If you prefer, you may also schedule a pick-up of the item you wish to return from your home address. Please read our Shopping Conditions for more information about this service.

    How long does it take to receive my refund?

    You will receive it within a maximum period of 14 business days.

    How do I request the exchange or return of an article?

    If you are registered you can do this in "My account" and if you are not, you can request it by contacting our customer service desk.

    Do I have to pay the postage costs for exchanges or returns?

    No. These are free for the first exchange or return except in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. In cases where a second exchange or return is made, postage costs will be incurred by the customer. For more information on delivery costs, see our shopping conditions.


    Is it possible to receive regular information by email with the latest Adolfo Dominguez lines and offers?

    Yes, you only have to click on "Newsletter sign up" (bottom right corner) and enter your information or mark the "Subscribe to newsletter" checkbox when you register as a user. The latest promotions, lookbooks, events, etc, will be sent to the email address provided.

    What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

    If an error occurs and you receive an item that you have not ordered, contact our Customer Service department.

    What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

    We only sell items that are perfect so if, as an exceptional occurrence, We aim to provide only the highest quality of garments. However, if by mistake you should receive clothing or accessories that have some kind of defect, please contact our Customer Service department.

    How can I be sure that I have made my purchase correctly?

    Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this, contact our Customer Service department.

    Can I remove an item from my order?

    Yes. To do so, please get in touch with our Customer Service department.
