    SHOPPING CONDITIONS

    CHRISTMAS SPECIAL

    To ease your Christmas shopping this year, we have extended our holiday returns policy until the 10th of January 2017 on all purchases made between the 21th of November and 10th of December 2016, inclusive. Promotion valid at Adolfo Dominguez stores, airports, Outlet and at adolfodominguez.com. Excluding cocktail & partywear garments and items bought at Adolfo Dominguez corner stores at El Corte Inglés.

     

     

    The following conditions regulate the sale of products on the website www.adolfodominguez.com or United Mexican States online shop of Trespass, S.A (herein after, Adolfo Dominguez), based in Anatole France 86, local B & C, Colonia Polanco Chapultepec, Delegación Miguel Hidalgo, Distrito Federal, CP 11560 and with email address sophie@adolfodominguez.mx, and registered under federal law of the Republic of Mexico, RFC TRE020802UE3.

    We kindly ask that you read the Shopping Conditions carefully before using our website. By using the website or placing an order the user accepts the Conditions presented and compromises agrees to comply with them. In case In the event that the user does not agree with all the Conditions presented here, they should not proceed with using the website. The Conditions can be are subject to modification at any time. The Conditions which apply are those valid at time of purchase.

     

     

    1. DELIVERY

    A) Express Shipping

    Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.
    If the order is equal to or greater than $2,500, shipping is free. For orders under $2500, the Express shipping charge is $150.

    Delivery time may vary during sales or promotional periods and/or due to stock availability, therefore the delivery times given are simply indicative, and do not constitute strict time frames. In the event of delayed delivery, the customer does not have the right to any kind of compensation.

    B) Delivery Conditions

    Delivery of items purchase at Adolfo Dominguez is carried out by a specialized courier service.

    A successful delivery is considered complete only upon the customer's signing of the receipt at the agreed delivery address.

    In order to avoid any delivery problems (such as incorrect address, absence, etc.), it is imperative to complete the order form correctly. We recommended providing a contact telephone number where required. Subsequent tracking of placed orders can be viewed through the website; however, this option is only available to registered customers.


    2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS

    You may exchange or return any article purchased that is not to your complete satisfaction. You have a maximum period of 10 days from the date of delivery in which to notify us and return the item(s).

    In the case of cocktail garments and jewelry jewellery, the maximum returns period is 14 days. Earrings may not be returned or exchanged. Gift packs are indivisible and their items may not be returned separately.

    A) Request a Pick-up

    A courier service will collect the items you wish to return free of charge. In order to process a return, please proceed with the following steps:

    1. Request a return:
    If you are a registered customer at adolfodominguez.com, please sign in and access the “My Account” section. Select the relevant order and click on “Return”. If you made a purchase without creating an account, please get in touch with us by email at sophie@adolfodominguez.mx or by phone at 55 27291249, Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Once your returns request has been confirmed, our courier service will contact you to schedule a day and time for pick-up that best suits your needs.

    2. Complete the returns form:
    Please fill out the relevant information about the item(s) you wish to return on the back of the returns form.

    3. Package your items:
    Please remember to return all items in their original state and packaging, include this completed form in the package, and seal the box securely along with the security sticker provided.

    4. Hand over the package to the courier:
    Hand over the sealed package with your return(s) to the courier.

    B) Refunds

    You will be reimbursed directly to your credit card. Due to the administrative process of this method, the full reimbursement will take place in a timeframe of approximately 15 business days.

    C) Conditions of Returns

    In the event the return is due to a defect of the purchased product, the shipping cost incurred by the customer would be fully reimbursed through a bank transfer if payment was made by this means or by cash on delivery, or through the payment gateway in case the payment was made by credit or debit card.

    In order to file a complaint, it is necessary to provide the invoice. Items returned must be in their unused, original condition with all item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. In the event the return is not in these conditions, Adolfo Dominguez will not accept the return and all items will be sent back to the customer.


    3. GIFT RECEIPT

    We hope you like your gift, however in the event that you wish to exchange or return an item with a gift receipt, you have a maximum period of 10 days from the date of receipt in which to notify us and return the item(s), except for cocktail garments, jewellery and earrings, which may not be returned or exchanged.

    If you wish to return an item(s) with a gift receipt, we will exchange it for a gift card of the same value as the item(s) you are returning.

    Please fill out the relevant information about the item(s) you wish to return on the back of the gift receipt.

    3. Package your items:
    Please remember to return all items in their original state and packaging, include this completed form in the package, and seal the box securely along with the security sticker provided.

    4. Hand over the package to the courier:
    Hand over the sealed package with your return(s) to the courier.

    5. Receive your refund:
    When we receive the returned package, we will send you a gift card for the amount equal to the price of the returned item(s), which will be valid for up to one year at adolfodominguez.com.


    4. PAYMENT & SECURITY

    Adolfodominguez.com will only accept payments via credit card (Visa and MasterCard), debit card (Banorte), American Express and PayPal.

    Payments made by credit/debit card will be charged in the exact moment of purchase by the corresponding financial entity, once authenticity of the details provided has been verified. For credit or debit card payment, the charge will be applied in real time through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once the authenticity of the provided data is verified. ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in e-commerce in order to provide maximum security. Confidential payment data is encrypted (SSL) and transmitted directly to the corresponding financial institution.     5. INVOICING

    Upon confirmation of an order, you dispose of 48 hours to solicit an invoice by getting in touch with our customer service department by email at: sofie@adolfodominguez.mx. In order to request an official invoice you must provide the following information:

    RFC number with final three-digit code (“homoclave”)
    Full name and/or business name
    Complete billing address


    6. CURRENCY & TAXES

    Prices on the website are shown in Mexican pesos ($).

    Upon completing the purchase order and before finalizing the payment, a final summary will be provided, identifying the purchased item(s) and total price (including shipping and taxes). Under current legislation, Adolfo Dominguez is obliged to provide VAT at the rate established by law, when appropriate, at the time of purchase.

    The price and conditions, along with each product's characteristics, apply as shown on the website at the time of purchase, except in cases of obvious error. In the event of such error in the price of the product, or any other product characteristics, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and, in some cases, the order will be cancelled.


    7. PURCHASE WARRANTY

    The products offered on this website have been selected from the ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ collection and therefore they maintain the same quality status and warranty as the items on sale in other ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ establishments.

    Each season, ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ photographs all items on sale to show them as authentically as possible. However, items may be subject to minor variations depending on the colour calibration of your monitor.

    13. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

    Orders are subject to availability of the purchased products. Should any difficulties arise related to the shipment or availability of the products in stock, ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ, S.A. reserves the right to provide the information of substitute products, of equal or superior quality and price, which the user may order as a replacement. In the event a customer does not wish to receive a substitute product, the amount paid for the original product will be refunded. Should there be a shortage of stock of a given item, ADOLFO DOMINGUEZ reserves the right to cancel an order, after notifying the customer of such cancellation.


    14. SUPPLY COVERAGE

    Items from the Adolfo Dominguez online store in Mexico are exclusively distributed within the United Mexican States.

    Customers who do not physically reside within the United Mexican States will only be able to purchase online if the delivery address provided is in the territory stated above.


    15. PURCHASING LIMITATIONS

    Products purchased from Adolfo Dominguez are not for resale. Consequently, purchases will be limited to a total value of 30,000 pesos. Customers interested in purchasing over this amount, for purposes other than resale, should contact our Customer Service department, who will provide further information regarding these purchases.
